“Honestly she was great for years. I dont know what's happening there since covid, but she's prescribed the wrong medication for my son 3 months in a row. She schedules his apointments for every 6 weeks but only gives him 30 days of medicine. And then whrn i have to call to get the refill im treated like an annoyance. My son has been without one of his most important meds for a week because they dont answer the phone usually so I leave a message and I dont hear back for days. Then I get the text from my pharmacy showing me they have yet again sent the wrong prescription.. When I call today to inform them she screwed up again im treated like an idiot who hasn't been giving my kid the same meds for the last year. And then im told she won't be back in til Monday. Well ive been calling about this since the previous monday! So my son and my family is suppose to suffer because she's making mistakes and taking zero accountability. She's messing up controlled substances. Leaving this review is my last resort before hiring a lawyer.”

“Literally on the very first refill they dropped the ball, leaving our soon with severe needs to be without his medication for the first time in a decade. This team would not answer the phone the last 5 days and now we have months of recover to catch up with. If you have a child with autism and see this, stay away. She'll tell you what you need then just abandon you and your child.”
