How likely are you to recommend Dr. Abolade?
What patients say on Google
“I’m glad I chose to form my own opinion instead of relying solely on reviews or others’ experiences, understanding that every patient may have a different experience. My visit with Dr. Abolade exceeded my expectations. He was professional, straightforward, took the time to listen, and made me feel heard. I would confidently recommend him to anyone seeking quality care. I’m grateful I trusted the recommendation to see him.”
“Saw the doctor and he told me I had Borderline Personality Disorder along with my previously diagnosed ADHD, but that this diagnosis was “a kiss of death” in the psychiatric community. He proceeded to chart that I had Bipolar II disorder instead, And prescribe me medication that he knew most likely wouldn’t work. Now 10+ years later, I’m still trying to explain to new psychiatrists and therapists That I’m not actually bipolar, But they don’t want to believe me since I am unmedicated and I Now I fear that no one will ever believe me for what he did trying to “save me”. So just be careful, And please use your best judgment. Do not feel pressured to do what a doctor or medical professional tells you if your gut is telling you that this is wrong. I was young and naïve and didn’t realize the intensity of the ramifications of putting blind trust into someone that had only known me for 20 minutes, and I regret every day that I trusted that he was doing the “right thing for me” just because he‘a a doctor.”
“My Name is Travis Ison ive been treated by Dr.Abolade for 7 years haven't had any issues. The front desk is always nice and helpful. I've never had to wait to long and they actually care about there patients wellbeing I refer anyone to him”
“I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Abolade and his office staff. The office staff have always been extremely helpful and nice. They always return phone calls in a timely manner and call prescriptions in when needed without having to be reminded to over and over like some prescribers. Dr. Abolade is understanding, easy to talk to, and has helped me tremendously. I would definitely recommend Montgomery Area Psychiatry to anyone wanting to improve their mental health.”
