“The front desk staff on the 2nd floor should not be working in a mental health clinic! They have 0 compassion or understanding and have the worst attitude. How can they treat mental health patients like crap and continue to have a job?! You are then seen by a person who doesn't listen and just fumbles around with his laptop! This place has become a joke. The good doctors have left for better jobs and the patients are tossed around to mediocre practicioners and an rude and condensing front desk staff.”
“I've been coming here for about 6 years since I got sober and I love it here. Psych dr turnover is small. I've only had 2 different doctors and this one ive had nothing but problems. Like my dr ordered a blood test twice and quest never received it. To the point I had to make an in person visit because I needed to get blood drawn and needed the order. Since then he's acting like I need to drive 13 miles just to have him fumble around and not listen to me”
“I am writing to formally express my deep frustration and concern regarding directions for living that has received government funding intended to support individuals and families in need, yet consistently fails to deliver meaningful assistance to those it is meant to serve. I’ve constantly called left several messages. No one has called me back yet or called about my situation. A Programs funded by taxpayer dollars are designed to provide relief, stability, and opportunity—especially for individuals facing financial hardship, housing insecurity, or other urgent challenges. However, my experience with this company has been the complete opposite. Despite meeting eligibility requirements and reaching out multiple times for help, I was met with delays, lack of communication, and ultimately no real support. It is extremely disheartening to see resources that are supposed to uplift vulnerable communities being mismanaged or withheld. The application process is often unclear, responses are slow or nonexistent, and there appears to be little accountability for ensuring that funds actually reach those in need. Meanwhile, families continue to struggle—facing eviction, utility shutoffs, and other serious hardships—while this organization remains unresponsive or ineffective. Government-funded programs should operate with transparency, urgency, and compassion. When a company accepts funding for this purpose, it carries a responsibility to act in the best interest of the public—not to create additional barriers for those already going through difficult times. I urge for a thorough review of this company’s practices, including how funds are being allocated and why so many qualified individuals are not receiving assistance. There must be accountability to ensure that these programs fulfill their intended mission. People in real need should not have to beg, chase, or be ignored when help has already been funded and promised. Sincerely, A Single Mother”
“I had a 1:00 pm appointment with Carissa. I was almost there then they called saying she’s running 30 minutes late. This happened previously with Pablo. The receptionist was rude and acting real smart about it when I complained. They should have called me earlier. 2 times in a row the same exact issue and not giving me advanced notification. No more Pablo and no more Carissa.”
