“I am only rating a 1 because of the front office staff, not because of Dr. Agapito. Dr.Agapito has always been kind to me and has and is always trying to work with me to find what will work best for me me for the better of my mental health. I suffer a lot and have ongoing issues ypu woukd think that the front office staff would be more sensitive and considerate considering the type of patients that are being seeing like myself. Any type of mistreatment is a trigger and they sgoukd be better trained. I left the office crying today. I asked for tissue and was told no I don't have any! And wanted to give me a rough paper towel roll! Really?”
