“This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a medical provider. It’s been over 60 days, and my son still has not received his ASD diagnosis report. Throughout this entire process, communication has been nearly nonexistent. No one answers the phone, calls either go straight to voicemail or are disconnected, and messages are never returned. Emails also go unanswered. When I call the main office, I’m told to contact the physician’s office. When I do, I get the same result no answer, no callback, and no response to emails. At this point, I don’t know what else I’m supposed to do. I’ve worked in the medical field for over 30 years, and I have never experienced such an unprofessional level of communication and follow-through, especially for something as important as a child’s diagnosis and access to the therapies they need. I’ve given up waiting and have started looking for another provider because I no longer have confidence that this issue will be resolved. If you’re considering this practice, I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. No family should have to go through this while trying to get their child the care and support they need.”
