What patients say on Google

“I drive for a transportation company and I parked outside and a lady with short red hair came out and talked to me like I was a dog. If I was parked in a wrong area I understand that just let me know and I will move. But to come outside and talk to me like I'm a dog is ridiculous of course she would not give me her name because she knows she treated me like an animal instead of a human. I feel bad for the wonderful veterans she works for. The thing is my patient was going to the methadone clinic that is in the SAME parking lot. So I believe she treated me like that because she thought I was a patient over there. The lady has shoulder length red hair and heavy set for her build. The rudest person I ever met. Even the police officer that sits outside said she is unprofessional.”

“Expect cancelled appointments at the last minute for various reasons, my favorite is because this doctor is no longer employed here. Of course you can walk in to talk to someone, they will see you quickly to ship you to the psych ward of Halifax where supposedly they will help you. Halifax won't have your meds and you will be treated as a criminal when asking about said meds, told you will get them when you get them, you don't need to remind me every hours that you need them. Until you can talk to their doctor the next day to be treated and released. 22 a day for a reason. I wasn't suicidal when I went in but I will never go back to these idiots. Good luck.”

“Failed to check me in so had my doc waiting an hour, then they fail to inform me of an appt; schedule it on a weekday, & expect me to magically prophesize the time & date. Obviously I miss the appt, then it's a headache & a bunch of calls because of the "appt I skipped". I didn't skip anything, don't make appointments without telling the patient, especially if they live an hour away.”
Will Parsons
“Amid the COVID-19 restrictions, front staff were very friendly and informative. Although it seemed to be a bit run down, very pleased with the professionalism. Parking lot could definitely use a parking structure.”
