“They're incredibly welcoming. Even when it was temporarily thought that my appointment wasn't set properly, they did not turn me away...even with a full house (we ultimately found my set appointment after that gesture). While I sat in the waiting room, other patients mentioned to me that this place was top notch. It can sometimes feel like a full-time job going to these places, but they keep you for the proper allotment of time. It's very common in these types of facilities to feel like you're being judged just for being there, or at the very least get a dirty look or two. Here though? You get a smile, a pat on the back, and some worthwhile encouragement. They are receptive, and they most importantly listen to you. I never once felt anxious or regretful for being there.
