On other hand, very accommodating when I have had technical problems with Virtual Appointments. Staff at phone centers always helpful. No long wait times on phone.”

“While I love my psychiatrist with Livestance Health they have the worst customer service line and don’t allow you to book appointments online - you have to wait on hold for 30-45 minutes to speak to someone. They have billed my insurance incorrectly a few times that takes an additional 2 weeks to have any sort of resolution and they won’t update you on your account without you having to call in and ask. It’s troublesome but frankly idk if there’s any other virtual psych options in the chicago-land area.”
