“I really am utterly shocked that this office treats their current patients and former patients the way that they do. I have fought with extremely rude office members with no real resolution. I have opened up financial disputes. I even used their texting system which clearly fails AND they don't even follow it for cancelled appointments. I am kinda glad I'm not alone with my feelings here and at the same time disappointed with this provider because I thought highly of him, until now.”

“Mrs. Ellen is great. Only seen her once due to my move for college, but loved her. While I feel greatly about her, I needed a clearance memo from her to enlist in the Army. Basically a letter saying I was capable mentally of doing so. I had to schedule an appointment with her which is understandable. I had an appointment at 11:45 and left her office at 11:50, it was short and sweet. She told me she would email me the letter. I get a call two hours later, to pay 100$ cash only for the letter. When I asked front desk why I had to pay for a letter that I was told would be emailed to me, I was told it was new policy. The letter took 2 seconds and I already paid for the appointment itself which took less than 10 minutes…”
