“Horrible establishment, the receptionist should be fired TODAY! She is extremely unprofessional and lacks compassion. I could not even make it to the point of meeting with doctors because she discouraged me so much. I will be seeking treatment elsewhere, in today's day and age supporting black businesses is something I love to do, but with this kind of service I will not be supporting this establishment in any way, shape or form. I do not recommend EVER seeking help from Day by Day EVER!”

“I really want to be able to leave this place a great review because I love, love, LOVE the staff. The “doctor” (or supervisor....whatever he is) takes entirely too long to fill scripts. My appointment was literally 2 weeks ago, and I still have yet to get a refill. I’ve called DBDT 3 times to be told I have to wait until he signs off on either a Tues or Thurs. The staff is wonderful; I love Keyanna, Kirby, and Jennifer the most. They’re all friendly, supportive, and welcoming. The issue is I feel like just an insurance card to this “supervisor.” I attended for almost a year, and I have no idea what that guy looks like. If it wasn’t for the staff, I would have left within 3 months. You may not EVER meet the actual doctor at this place, so (just like a typical doctor) he delegated all his work to his staff. How can you truly say you care about our conditions if you don’t even meet the patients you sign off for? 🤔”

“The team at Day By Day Therapy is the most professional and knowledgeable staff that I have ever encountered. My mother received care and assistance with medication management. Because of their care she has made a drastic turn around and has been able to eliminate two medications from her care plan. Many thanks to them!”

“The front desk receptionist is extremely rude. I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks after being diagnosed for my medication. There was some sort of error that prolonged me getting some relief. I called and the same receptionist has answered every time I’ve called. She seemed very short and snappy the first 2 times a called. She told me she would call me back once she knew something and she did not, causing me to call to follow up a couple days later. Our third conversation she hung up on me. I had a great experience with the physicians here however they need to reevaluate how front desk deals with client care.”
