“I have been going to Daymark since October 2025 to current and I can't say enough good things about it. Susan, April, and Sandra at the front desk are AMAZING and my five month old son just adores them every time we are in the waiting room, and I look forward to seeing them every time I come. Terry is also such a sweetheart as well, so friendly and makes me feel comfortable. The support and resources I have received from Daymark has been absolutely LIFE CHANGING in the best ways possible and I'm so thankful for everyone there and everything they do. The people there really do care and it's not just a job to them, you can tell they are very passionate about what they do. Reece, Claudia, Beth, KP, Mr. Byrd and all of the interns have been AWESOME and SOOOOO helpful. I can't imagine what my life would have been like if I would have never come to Daymark. I haven't met a single person that I did not like there and I don't have a single bad thing to say.”

“Had a visit that I called to cancel a week in advance get counted against me for the missed appointment limit, because they failed to actually cancel it…When I pointed this out, I was told nothing could be done about it because it was “policy,” and I should’ve been more diligent about making my appointments. I called to cancel in advance. I gave a whole week of notice. And it wasn't canceled. And somehow that counts against me? This is your mistake, not mine. Do better. Too many telehealth-only options, not enough in-person ones.”

“Daymark in Boone was an amazing help today. They got us in quickly when we called and talked to them as we were trying to get in anywhere. Debbie and the entire front office we welcoming and absolutely amazing taking time to check on us even after the provider had seen us. It is difficult having you child so far from home at school and needing to talk to someone and these ladies were amazing and so helpful. I am extremely impressed with Daymark in Boone and the staff and provider my child met. Highly recommend just from my interaction with the staff.”
