How likely are you to recommend Daymark Recovery Services - Guilford Residential Treatment Center?
What patients say on Google
“First off i wanna say that ANY negative comments are from patients who didn’t apply themselves (and expect someone to hold heir hand like a baby) and ex-workers who hated their job. Nobody that applies themselves at daymark has any bad remarks towards them. DO NOT let these comments discourage you. Daymark is a FREE place where you can better yourself if you apply the information that is freely given to you. The food is good, the staff that’s been there the longest? that’s who you’re gunna get the love from. Ms.Keeva, Mr.Curtis, Ms.Stacy, Ms.Rylie, Ms.Tori, Ms.Denita, Ms.Jacky, Ms.Michelle, i could go on and on, these people CARE. This program is designed for people 18 and up, which makes you an adult. So here you are to act like an adult. if you want to be babied you won’t make it at daymark or any other place. PLEASE IGNORE THE NEGATIVITY”
“My experience there was herindous. It's a terrible place. Staff is awful and unprofessional. It's like the blind leading the blind. Foul language is the course set for each day and if you're a religious person, be ready for your beliefs not to be honored. It is not a good place and I would never recommend it to anyone!”
“Wasn't anything like it was in 2018. Residential staff didn't connect with patients the way they did in the past. I was in a bad way extremely emotional. Had been wanting to leave and ad been hanging on by my fingertips. Told a staff member I planned on leaving the following day. His response was "why don't you jus leave tonight"... I said "ight let's go." It's not like I had been saying ima leave and they jus got tired of hearing it. They use to talk to u and see if there's something going on with u. Nope they don't care anymore. Let em know a few times I needed to talk to someone. They knew when I came in that I had some thoughts that wasn't normal(safe). Needless to say within 2hrs of being discharged I died and according to the paramedic it took her nearly 4 mins to get a pulse back and breathing again. She said I was already blue when she got there, but didn't know how long I had been like that before she got there.... So in my opinion Daymark Residential in High Point is not what it use to be. And would not recommend to others. The dayroom gave me flashbacks of being on state in the pods. Just so loud one couldn't put together a single coherent thought.”
“I have not been to this place. I am not an abuser of anything. I am a Woman of GOD. My daughter is here. Someone put her in here to get rid of here because she ask for help. They talked to her probation officer and I'm not allowed to do that. I'm her mother. This man has money and left her there to get her out of his sons life. I do not know if she has clothes or anything. He has set her up. One of the employees talks to him on a first name basis. This is not right in the sight of GOD. He will deal with all accordingly.”
