What patients say on Google
“The most rude and belittling place, they don’t care obviously at all . And they run by addicts who somehow made it to run the place and someone should really investigate that place. Why do so many ppl just leaving that place and probably will be in danger of relapse but they do not care about ppl, I left and will never come back and report them to my insurance They didn’t not even let me check my things including my jewelry they just went and put my stuff in the car and I wanted my diamond cross to be found. All I have to say. Unbelievable! Treating ppl like they do.”
“They kick me out on the last day because a girl was arguing about the TV and I couldn't get to my longterm treatment they kick out alot of people out if you go to day mark don't goto statesville trash go to wilksboro 1000% better”
“Very friendly and caring staff. Made me feel very comfortable”
“If i could give 0 stars I would. The lady up front was super nice. The RN I spoke with he seemed really cool and to care about my state. But after I spoke with him he told me I was a liability for medications I don't take anymore(that my primary care doctor is fully aware). But I know he has people to answer to on what he can and can't do. My main issue is I was literally crying for help in the lobby and he says "I'm not going in circles with you, I've been here since 8 and have 2 other people to speak with". So he tells me about hospitals I can go to for help, I ask him the information for them(name, address, phone number etc.) to be wrote down and he proceeded to tell me "I don't have time for that". Someone is literally crying and begging for help and you tell them that. Main issue was due to medications and not having them with me "I stated I could pick them up tonight or come back tomorrow" and they tell me "no come back Monday"....I needed help that night and offered to give them what they said I needed but still wasn't good enough. Honestly glad they turned me away. Because God only knows how they would have treated me if I was admitted there.”
