“To be an urgent care for people with mental health issues there was nothing urgent about it. I brought my daughter here for an assessment for a transfer of care from one location to another one (both within the daymark providers umbrella) we arrived just before 10am and we didn't get seen until 4pm. The provider she saw (not even in person over a video call) was the slowest person I've ever met. He had zero hustle or for that matter interest in even being there.. they're apparently not paying providers to be here physically you think they'd be able to afford more providers in general to speed up the process but judging by the quality of the provider we saw they don't seem to care.”
