“This therapy center was extremely disorganized and unprofessional with billing. They incorrectly billed our insurance during our 2025 therapy sessions, which ultimately led us to stop going there. After the coding errors were corrected, my insurance informed me that the center owed us a refund. I specifically requested a check, but their office told me they “do not issue checks” and that the refund would be processed back to my credit card. After months of waiting and repeated follow-ups, no refund was ever issued. Now, after more than a year of calls and chasing their office, they are suddenly saying I need to come pick up a check instead!! The contradictory information, lack of accountability, and terrible customer service are unacceptable for a healthcare provider. Patients should not have to spend over a year trying to recover money owed because of the office’s own billing mistakes. Very glad we stopped going there.”
