“Awful experience. The website claims Pamela Smith is warm and open but I was greeted with foul accusations and harsh words, as if I was being interrogated. She didn't offer hope or guidance, just a foul attitude and doubts. She also wasn't at the office for my second session and hung up the phone on the secretary who tried calling her to inform her I was at the office waiting on her. I wouldn't recommend seeing her! I've experienced soft spoken and hopeful counselors at this office in the past but they have all left this practice. This office seems to drive away the good counselors whom are replaced with rude people!!”
