What patients say on Google

“I had my first appointment with Dr. Dolani. She is very Presumptuous and arrogant. I’m new to the area and was looking to start new care. She made comments about my current diagnosis and medications that were disrespectful. She said anyone can take my medications and feel better when I told her that my current regime works for me. Instead of picking up the phone and speaking to my former prescriber/psychiatrist, she’s questioned me about what I was prescribed. I’m very disgusted. She accused my previous doctor of not prescribing correctly although she had my records. Then she asked me To humor her and asked for my highest degree of education and GPA. Ha! I’ll humor her alright. Don’t treat new or current patients like that EVeR!”

“I had a wonderful experience at this office. The staff, Frances and Jessica, was welcoming, efficient, and genuinely kind from the moment I called. The doctor took the time to listen carefully, answer all of my questions, and explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and I truly felt cared for. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for compassionate and professional care.”

“I’ve had a really frustrating experience with Dani Care. I requested documentation confirming my diagnosis on 02/02/2026 for school and work. I followed up on 02/25 and was told the letter was being worked on and that there would be a fee. Since then, I’ve sent another follow-up (03/04) and called multiple times, but haven’t gotten any real updates. I recently tried emailing again and now the email won’t even go through. It’s been over two months with no clear timeline or follow-through, and this has affected my ability to provide required documentation for school and work. Overall, really disappointing communication and experience.”

“This has been the worse experience I have had with a psychiatrist in my life. To start with, Danicare is not a local provider in Laredo as advertised. I was expecting a face to face appointment. Instead I got a telehealth appointment. I could have chosen among a 100 telehealth providers but I ended up with a 15 minutes telehealth appointment with Dr. AJANAJU. They claim to provide compassionate care. Instead I felt rushed and not listened to. She never acknowledged and never addressed my concerns. First, she recommended a change in my daily dosage. To my surprise the dosage remained the same when I arrived at the pharmacy. She also requested a copy of my medical records for our next appointment. At our second appointment, she came completely unprepared. I told her there was no change to the prescription and realized she had not changed the prescription dosage. In addition she had not reviewed my records She quickly went over them and again ignored my request to address the reason I had originally come for. To top it off, she had the nerves to tell me that for times' sake we needed to keep our appointment under 15 minutes. Go somewhere else and don't waste your time and money.”
