“I've only seen Dr. Nowick once, hence, 4 not 5 stars. He was attentive, understanding and gave me some hope. He devised a plan for me to safely stop some long time medications, that had lost their effectiveness. And started a new medication. Time will tell if this is the right medication/dosage. I am at least hopeful I'm heading in the right direction and adjustments will be made in the future so I can live the best life possible. Thank you Dr. Nowick!”

“If you want to feel like a number in the system, and merely a solution to there monetary gain needs, by all means go here!!! I made an appointment 3 weeks out. Made the mistake of mistaking my 3 pm appointment for 2 pm, so I arrived at 2:39pm thinking I was 21 minutes early, only to find out I was actually late. I speak to lady at front desk, let her know, and apologize for being late, ask if I can be seen still, she said absolutely not. Lol, okay. I let her know if I can't be seen, i will be going somewhere else, she then apologizes, which MEANS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AT ALL THEY ARE CHARGING ME 100 DOLLARS FOR A NO SHOW. clearly seeing it from my point of view, scheduling 3 weeks out and a 13 mile drive (25 minutes) means absolutely nothing to them, they had the nerve after I tell them dont reschedule me, to tell me they have another appointment in 2 and a half weeks. So last thing, a week later, I'm getting a text asking to reschedule, thanks....... And today, I get a bill for 100$ for a no show. Yep these guys literally haven't even seen me yet, they dont give a flying crap about you as a patient, if an appointments 1 hour long, they skip right over you and keep going even if you had 21 minutes left in that hour. You are nothing but a paycheck to them Be warned this place DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.”
