“Absolutely terrible experience. Save your money, or your insurance’s money, and go elsewhere. After my child’s neuropsychological evaluation, I had several follow-up questions and the doctor completely ghosted me. There was no communication or support when it actually mattered. When I asked to move my appointment just 30 minutes later, I was told there would be a $500 fee, which felt unreasonable and inflexible. To make matters worse, the evaluation wasn’t even conducted by the doctor, which was not clearly communicated upfront. If you are seeking a neuropsychological evaluation for your child, remember you are your child’s best advocate. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for care that is responsive, respectful, and transparent. The frustration and dissatisfaction is not worth it. I”
