“I’ve been going here for about 3-4 years now and I’m finally at the point where I can take control of my future. I used to have life skills alongside therapy, which was very beneficial if you live in the area and want to get out of the house and work on yourself (unfortunately she left, she was wonderful. i think they’re hiring life skills specialists still). I did have to go through a few psychiatrists here to find one that worked for me, but the one I really liked left a month later. I’m still looking for a psychiatrist that goes in-depth about what I may be going through and what my medicines do, but the one I have is fine. She’s personable and nice. I’d like to thank Shae personally for being there to help me in my darkest times, helping me get to the point that I am at today. Even if I’m not necessarily talking about frustrating things in therapy these days, it still helps organize my ADHD mind and I always leave virtual therapy refreshed.🥹”

“Cummins offer therapy at Avon schools. My daughter was in the program in 2022-23. The therapist was supposed to keep me in the loop, communicate with me, have meetings with me. She did none of that. She would not answer my emails or calls either. We decided to give them another try for the 2023-2024 school year and Tammy was great. However, my daughter was supposed to do therapy through the summer until she started her new school and I called to reschedule a psychiatry appointment to find that Cummins dropped her. We received no phone call, no letter. I wouldn’t even bother if you really need help.”

“I used to go to Cummins during Highschool. I had a life skills counselor who was genuinely one of the best. They said I needed a new counselor because I was transferring to an alternative school for 1 semester. I communicated with him outside of counseling and he told me that he goes to my alternative school for some other kids. I recently did a reintake as of 2025. No shade, but I definitely think they try to push some things even after I say No to it more than twice. I told them I wanted to do virtual IOT, but I haven't been told anything on how to join. They said I would start May 19 which is today, but haven't had any directions on how to join? I'll change my Review for worse or better depending how my next few appointments go. I did have a bad experience with them last time cause they removed me from cummins while I was struggling with housing. I missed only 2 appointments and I got a letter way after the deadline to call them.”

“Being depressed and in a suicidal state was referred to their crisis phone support and during a call the gal asked me if I would like her to come be with me. In fact insisted on it and I finally agreed but at no point was I told hey this is gonna cost ypu a hundred and some odd. I didn't even really want them to come. They insisted their way here and then slapped me with a bill for crisis intervention and the crisis was due to being in pain medically so they didn't really help with shit to begin with .my advice if u just looking to call someone to talk to... call 988 and avoid being slapped with unexpected or forseen charges u wont even know you are inquiring”
