How likely are you to recommend Cumberland Mental Health Services?
What patients say on Google
“If I could give this place zero stars I would. Took months to get an appointment to begin with and now that I’ve had the first one for my son and meds have been prescribed, I cannot get anyone to submit a refill request for the medications my son needs to function. 48 hours have passed and he is out of meds completely, no sense of urgency whatsoever from anyone here. I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service and lack of professionalism from this company and will absolutely be happy to take my business and money elsewhere. A joke. A mental health place should be helpful to your mental health not make it worse.”
“My daughter was seeing a psychiatrist and therapist, when she got Medicare disability they told her she would have to pay 600.00 a month for the medication. They dropped the ball and never called her back for her medication refill. She's went through a lot of pain and mental anguish because she can't find a provider to help her. The were horrible for her. If they were good and doing their jobs they would follow up to keep her on a steady course. They need to be shut down.”
“Dr Hill is horrible. Can not keep staff. Let you run out of medication without booking follow up appointments and won't call you back for refills.”
“I have been a patient here for many years. They have always been there for me. They have always been professional. The nurse there Jessica is a very caring person. Dr. Hill has helped me for many years and is really good at what he does!”
