What patients say on Google
“AMAZING team of caring and supportive clinicians that always put my child and family first! Cannot emphasize what miracle workers they are. We are forever grateful.”
“Let me start by saying no one was rude to me. Everyone was very nice, so that's not the issue here. But this is going to be long, so bare with me if you want to. I have twin sons with ASD. After researching online for so long, I came upon this place. It's in an excellent location, and the online photos made it look pretty nice. I contacted them, and I began having correspondence with the coordinators Ashleigh Hill and Shelby Farmer. I do not believe they are onsite, but rather work remote or something like that. I never met them in person. Anyways, as it turned out, they did not accept my primary insurance, but they did accept our secondary insurance (Katie Beckett Medicaid). We literally spent a few months going back and forth trying to figure out the logistics of getting my sons into their program, and I was determined to make it happen. Several phone calls to my insurance, phone calls with Ms. Ashleigh, and finally it seemed like we were going to get somewhere. Everyone was very helpful in this process. Then they offered me an in-person tour. The building looked amazing from the outside. But once I set foot inside, I wanted to turn around and leave because it had a very powerful "old apartment" stench that made me nauseous very quickly. Despite this, I took the tour anyways. Nearly every single room had walls that were damaged and needed to be fixed and repainted. ABA was actively happening, so there were many children running around. It looked super chaotic. I wouldn't have felt ok leaving my boys there. Some of the workers looked like they were just waiting for their shift to be over. In one room, there was a little boy standing at a table playing with a trainset, and he was connected to the worker with a wrist-strap, who was sitting against the wall, about 3 feet from him. She looked miserable. What was so bizarre to me though, was that later in the day, I sent an email to Shelby and Ashleigh letting them know I was no longer interested after the tour.... and they never asked why. I never heard back from them. After trying to get in there for months, and being so invested, the tour made me instantly not want to continue.... and they didn't want to understand why? To me, that means they knew it's like that and didn't need to ask, or they just flat out didn't care. Both are equally terrible.”
“This place has helped my boys in so many ways and staff are amazing and patient.”
