How likely are you to recommend Cullman Regional Medical Group - Turning Point Psychiatry?
What patients say on Google
“No bedside manner! My son is going through some really tough stuff mentally, and all Dr. Tennant would do was ask a couple of basic questions, then say to have him stay on his meds! He didn't offer any comfort or any coping skills. His nurse and receptionist were nice though. We quickly changed to a different psychiatrist!”
“I’ve only experienced their services via the phone and that was plenty to ensure I’d never step foot in their facility. I understand that new patients cannot be accepted all the time. However I do not understand why someone working in a mental health facility would be someone who is rude and condescending. Helpful and understanding would be preferred. Maybe even some advice or assistance in other routes or options. I got none of that. “We aren’t accepting new patients. Call someone else.” I definitely already have and I have secured a local appointment. GO WITH ANYONE ELSE. I would trust my mental health with literally anyone else before going to these rude fools. Who knows how the medical professionals will behave? You won’t make it through the dogs at reception.”
“Dr. Byrd says he treats adult adhd and depression. He doesn’t so don’t let his website fool you. I went there for help and I left in tears and more confused about how I was feeling than when I went in. He didn’t really listen to nothing I was trying to ask and he was kind of rude. Never again will I waste my money at this place.”
“The person answering the phone is very rude. She tells you to leave a voicemail but I needed to talk to someone this afternoon and at 3:34 pm I knew I wasn’t going to get a call back today. I left a message a couple of weeks ago for the doctor and apparently the message was never relayed to him. Highly unprofessional.”
