“I can't even put into words how much they've helped me. Dr. June Smith-Hartness (she prefers to just go by June, which is definitely easier to remember for anyone) and her nurse Karen are a gift to us all. I struggle with multiple mental and physical disorders. Without them, I would be COMPLETELY dysfunctional, and I mean that with my whole heart. June listens, observes, and sees the things other people would never notice or understand. And she ALWAYS has a smile on her face. She is my hero, basically. Karen is the sunshine on a rainy day. She makes sure to ask all of the necessary questions, and takes the time to describe to June, in detail, what I feel and why I need them. On top of that, she never fails to call me back. If I have to leave a message, it gives me comfort knowing she will always get back to me. I don't think people understand how busy they are, and how hard they work to make their "clients" or "patients" get what they need in order to function in everyday life. Not only function, bur basically replenish and save lives. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.”

“It seems that there are very mixed reviews here about CTS. Unfortunately we did not have a good experience and that is simply because of the lack of care and communication. There are scheduling issues and certain providers are simply overbooked. The front desk did not handle the scheduling with the provider my daughter was seeing, which made things very tedious, because my phone calls and emails were then not answered. We also were not informed about the assessment and treatment plan, and generally didn’t feel like we were in the loop. Because of this lack of communication we reached out to the Center Director, only to find out that he was equally unresponsive. It feels like we were just “ghosted” in the middle of the assessment. In conclusion, this place seems extremely unorganized and careless, so we will have to find a different clinic now.”

“I’ve read the reviews & I guess we all have different experiences. But I got 2 say I love this place. The staff is always so nice & helpful, they are amazing with my kids. June has been amazing and her assistant Karen is a blessing. Around Christmas last year we had a break-in in our home where a lot was stolen including the kids Christmas. Without even knowing our complete situation a couple staff members stepped in and gave My kids some Christmas gifts. This place is a blessing. Thank you all.”
