“My wife and I were recommended this practice by my current psychologist. I have never seen a place less interested in dealing with people. Since they don't answer phone calls, everything is through messages. The person who handles the messages is extremely rude and not even slightly helpful. I have never known a medical practice to say they prioritize patients who come in the office over those who need telehealth. I don't know how the service is but if you can't handle basic patient service with decency then you don't belong in mental health.”

“I would not go anywhere else! Crystal is the best! The office staff is great I never have a problem not sure why anyone else does. I have been seeing Crystal for years now and she does an amazing job. She is also very friendly if i see her out in public. Follow the rules and you will be in good shape and not dropped as a patient. Its really not that hard to show up on time for an appointment. If you are late it just shows you really do not need the services being offered. If you cannot make it then give a day or two notice then they will be able to work with you. Instead of coming on here complaining. Do better people. Crystal is great and so is her receptionist. I will continue to go there because I know I am in good hands!”

“So I was supposed to have an appointment with her and I was 10 minutes early at my telehealth. Then by 10:09, which was 9 minutes later, she was late. Cancel the appointment on me. And then totally ignored me whenever I try to text Message her back. How lovely is a person who is a psychiatrist who doesn't even know. How to be a human being. I remembered I was rich so I bought me some new emotions and a new boat cause I'd rather cry in the ocean it's Nick D baby.”
