How likely are you to recommend Crystal Mind Psychiatry and Counseling?
What patients say on Google
“I feel so fortunate to have found Omolara. She is very thorough and well-educated. She truly listens and asks very detailed questions to be able to help the best way possible. Most of all, Omolara cares about you as a human being and is very supportive both mentally and emotionally.”
“Crystalmind is a good practice. They are appointment only, and that's great for my schedule. When I lost my insurance, they supported me while I found new insurance. They have a good emphasis on continuing care for patients.”
“The worst place. I have never met a doctor who did not show for an appointment or call to let us know. My daughter needs care and the doctor is nowhere to be found, still haven't heard from them. The negligence from this doctor is disgraceful. In reply: Are you kidding me? I sat in that parking lot for 20 mins, called the number 10 times. I also got out of the car and checked every door, all locked. You are lieing, shame on you and shame on you for setting an expectation and not following through. Unless that doctor and the clinic is invisible? Yall got an invisible cloak? You guys suck!”
“I made an appointment, didn’t receive the intake paper work until the day of the appointment or so I thought, I completed the intake forms an Hour or so before my appointment time, I joined the call and was left waiting for ten minutes when I called the office they didn’t ask my name or what I was calling for they said I was not going to be seen because I didn’t consent or do my intake forms, when I stated that I had done them that morning because that’s when I had received the email. She said “ that’s not true I can pull up proof of when I sent the email, check your junk mail we sent it” in a very belittling way. I understand the forms should have been done 24 hours prior to the appointment but it went to my junk mail and I didn’t receive the reminder until the morning with the links attached. Even so a mental health place should definitely have more compassion towards patients maybe not getting all right the first time. I wish I would have been notified that I would not be seen today instead of jumping on the call and waiting for ten minutes. If I wouldn’t have called the office was I gonna be left waiting and never notified that I would not be seen? She then proceeded to say “you’ve only been waiting ten minutes” I was not calling complaining about the wait, I was calling to ensure it wasn’t a technical issue or something on my end, she’s the one that said I was not being seen due to paperwork so I assumed that I was not to be seen at all today. She then proceeded to say they could see me today once they reviewed my paperwork and the doctor was available. Because I stated I was concerned that I would be charged a no show or cancellation fee. She also was sure to inform me that inpatient care is available if this was an emergency, I was surprised she didn’t just give me the number to the prevention hotline. However after the way she spoke to me on the phone I informed her I’d be looking for a different physician. I wouldn’t feel comfortable making another appointment at this place with the way the office person seemed to be unable to show any compassion.”
