“Would not recommend Mrs. Phyllis Grant. Was hard to secure an initial appointment in a reasonable amount of time. Cancelled my second appointment at 8:50pm the night before and the next available appointment was 19 days out. Over a month between appointments is unacceptable when someone is seeking help. She also mentioned that she has another job, which is fine but if I could go back in time that would’ve been my exit point.”
