“Dr. Brown is a horrible psychiatrist who doesn't spend any time with her patients. Crossroads bills insurance companies for services they did not provide. If I could give zero stars I would. This company will not help your mental health, they'll make it worse. Update: My counselor Zara was awesome. The 1 star is for how great she was.”

“My friend seeked help with several things, among which social anxiety is high up there. They CAN NOT do groups, they put them in 4 therapy sessions a week, 3 of which were group sessions, when they tried to change that they were told that their (Emily Zookowski) recommendation held precedence over anything my friend needed out of the therapy. If I could put zero stars I would, seems like a cash grab, was not helpful at all, seemed like they were unwilling to modify or adapt the therapy to suit the patient. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.”
