What patients say on Google
“I had been receiving psychiatric care from Dr. Patel and was stable on medications that were working for me. After I changed my primary care doctor, Crossing Healthcare informed me that Dr. Patel would no longer see me unless I agreed to have all of my medical care provided through their clinic. My appointment was canceled, future medication refills were refused, and I was not given a referral to another psychiatrist or a transition plan. This left me responsible for urgently finding a new provider who accepts Medicare before my medications run out. Patients should not be forced to choose between their preferred primary care doctor and continued access to necessary psychiatric medication. Ending established treatment without helping a patient transition safely is deeply concerning. I am not asking for special treatment. I expected basic continuity of care, a reasonable opportunity to find another provider, and respect for my right to choose my own doctor. Crossing Healthcare and Dr. Patel did not provide that.”
“The worse!!! Anyone having a problem contact to Illinois Department of Professional Regulations also Illinois Department of Public Health make sure you have the name of a person doctor or nurse trust me !!! These two departments will have something done .. reported on their license ...Will not call you back for test results. I have a hernia doctor won't even refer me to a specialist have high blood pressure won't even answer the pharmacy when they send a request to them this place is the worst place if you value your life find somewhere else to go”
“I have been going to the woman's clinic here for a few years and the staff have always been kind and courteous and understanding and professional until yesterday morning when they mismanaged my whole appointment changed it on me last second and didn't tell me till a nurse came in the room. I was left frustrated and confused and I felt so dismissed. I went there with a legitimate issue and they dismissed me completely, the nurse was condescending and rude and the provider I saw basically dismissed me and told me nothing can be helped and I left with even more questions than when I came in. I will never be coming back. If you value your women's health you'll go somewhere else too. Don't go here.”
“Nice people.I think there's the lady up front is going to retire.I'm gonna miss her.I got a good doctor this time. You have to go through doctor's to see which one you actually want. And actually is a good doctor but I found one her name's Becky. I don't remember her last name.”
