How likely are you to recommend Crescent Psychiatry?
What patients say on Google
“Dr Sabahat Faheem MD Is a great psychiatrist. She has helped me through many obstacles I have had in my life. I haven't gone to her since 2016 and highly recommend her Tracey -Office manager is very polite and does her job very well. She keeps up with everything. Again, if you need to find a reliable psychiatrist and a pleasant office to visit, I recommend going to crescent psychiatry to see Dr.Faheem MD”
“UPDATE: Now additionally charging me a $10 fee for a no show appointment that was LAST YEAR. Honestly just seems like pettiness at this point. I had two appointments with them last year and it was such a struggle to take off of work just to get a refill on an antidepressant that i have taken for YEARS. The stress and dealing with the office lady was not worth being a consistent client. I did need an esa letter but I also needed antidepressants because I’ve been struggling with depression the last two months. Between the lack of communication and unprofessional attitude from these people, I decided once again that attempting to work this out was not worth the mental toll. I’d rather find a more expensive but reliable and communicative clinic. Just grateful I had a $30 copay and didn’t get scammed out of any more money, hope y’all have insurance too. Very inconsiderate of my time and money. I booked my first appointment a year ago and made sure to contact them tomorrow see if they take my insurance. They said they did. I took off of work for the appointment, get there and they say they don’t take my insurance. I leave, on my way home she says they actually do. Today I had another appointment, I put in the note that I was here for an esa letter and the office lady called to confirm the appointment AND stated my reason for coming. Once again, I take off of work and I show up then they tell me they can’t do the letter because of lapses in my appointments. Their card machine took my $30 copay but wouldn’t give me a refund. They were saying I wasted THEIR time and were gonna send me out the door without a refund. I continued trying to get my money back due to their lack of communication and the fact they still owe me $20 even with the $10 cancellation fee. Hypothetically, they’re getting in contact with billing and will return $20. We shall see🥲 (They also want you to come in every month for refills, which is unrealistic with work and money)”
“I highly recommend Crescent Psychiatry. I have been seeing Dr. Faheem since 2020. She takes her time and hears out my concerns; her team is great with communicating appointments, scheduling issues, and medical coverage concerns. My mediation is always sent on time. They have reasonable OOP costs compared to other Psych offices.”
“Dr FAHEEM is absolutely amazing, patient and kind. You can tell her and her team truly care about their patience.”
