What patients say on Google

“The worst experience I’ve ever had getting counseling. I was a previous client at Creekside for barely one session and saw one of their counselors. He made me wait for over 20 minutes in the waiting room and then tried to joke about it with me. The carpet is stained and folded in areas, the entire building smells muggy, the bathrooms are disgusting, and it’s an overall incredibly low quality place. Not to mention, the way that my counselor spoke about the other staff members was disgusting and he even made a few sexist jokes about the secretary. If you need counseling I think you’re better off talking to a wall or waiting on a list at another practice.”

“Enea is very personable and makes you feel very comfortable to open up as a patient. She and the room have a very casual and relaxed environment which make the experience feel less daunting. Olaf the therapy dog makes the experience even better!”
Camryn Shepard
“Off putting to enter an essentially empty building with dead and dying plants in the lobby. The waiting room carpet is far too big for the space, is often half out the door and bunched up, the faux ficus in the corner has a thick layer of dust and the whole place smells musty. If you can get past all that, it's mainly talk therapy. If you need more than that, go elsewhere.”
Lezlianne Parsons
“Friendly staff.”
