“My fiance has been there twice and now on a 3rd time. In my opinion they are absolutely no help whatsoever. Why this place hasn't been shut down is beyond me. I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone going there. They just cause people to be worse not better. It's a complete of waste of time. Seek better treatment for your loved ones and not this place.”

“No one from clinical staff or nursing staff reached out to me to give me that patient code when I had a family member placed there. I was that family member's only emergency contact. I missed several calls from my loved one and couldn't call them back because staffing there failed to do there job.”

To the owners/management: I ran into, by bizarre chance, someone who I named specifically in my compliments. I asked as my original review said I would. You did NOT give them any recognition. None at all. "We never get those, but they are quick to jump on us for things......." This is absurd. You get a 1 star and if I could go lower I would. Shame on you. That staff is the reason why I'm better. Not your methods. Not your "care". Theirs. They are who helped me. Without them, you're nothing. My original post has like 11k views I believe, don't think this doesn't matter. To those who are wondering about going to creekside. Go, if you need help. If I could reco a better option, I would. I will never have another place to compare though. Just be good to the staff, their owners and management don't care about them and how great they are.”

“I don’t even think I need to leave a negative review if you all would just look at the rating of this place. brought my mother in law here who is 65. nobody would take her. when they finally found someone who would, it took them over 5 hours to send a transport to pick her up. the place is literally 20 minutes away. it’s absolutely horrific when they’re supposed to be helping people with no other options.”
