“Very unprofessional and prey on their clients. Though people are coming to you all for help and guidance, that doesn’t give you all permission to disrespect, lie, or project false information/narratives. My 1st meeting with Cassandra Gray was very unprofessional. Meeting did not start on time and she had an intern in the room without even asking if I was okay with that. When I asked her if someone was in the room, she originally lied saying,”no”. I told her, I can see them, and she admitted and ask if I was okay with it. Very weird. Also, she lied on my intake form saying no that I was “disorganized”, “angry” and “irritable” for a reason that she wasn’t aware of, when firstly, I wasn’t disorganized at all; I speak very clearly, intelligently, and direct. I was clearly angry and irritable due to her disorganization and unprofessionalism. I had switched therapist at Creative Spirits, so I was very confused on her statements, when my first therapist statements didn’t align with her false narratives. Also, she didn’t review my previous paperwork, because if she did, she would have known and understood that I was originally seeking their services due to a domestic violence situation. Though my first therapist was great, but not the right fit for me. Cassandra Gray is unprofessional and not trustworthy.”
