What patients say on Google

“Went their with my family for Easter dinner and their staff is a joke. Yelled at me for my almost 1 year old making a mess with his food. Avoid that place please.”
Kaitlyn Basinger
“I called them for help and got told they don't help people who aren't working witch seems stupid cause if I was working I wouldn't need help so they told me to call back if my work situation changed and when I did they took all my information then said someone will call in 24 to 48 hours and I never got a call so at this point a week later I assume they help everyone but me because this is the second time I reached out to them for help and got nothing so thanx for nothing Ig hopefully the next person in need has better luck then me and my family did because they gave us no help they took all my kids socials and mine and I never heard from them again they probably took the money for themselves this place is a joke ripping off peoples information and not giving no help is insane they basically stole our info and used it to fund themselves and can't nobody tell me different”

“Since coming home from the military in 1990 CHAPS has been a GREAT support Especially Journey center 👏 👍 🙌”
Marytracy Gutfreund
“Awful. Absolute misuse of government funds. They only help who they feel like, and will ignore and belittle you if they dont feel like helping you. There's numerous people actively homeless in crawford county in deperate need of help and CHAPS refuses. Seems like a bunch of people who've never had to sleep in the cold or go hungry for a day.”
