How likely are you to recommend Crasmere Psychiatric Services, PC?
What patients say on Google
“I appreciate how welcoming and organized this practice is. Scheduling and communication have always been smooth, and everyone in the office treats you with kindness and respect. The staff is knowledgeable and creates a comfortable environment from the moment you arrive.”
“I truly hate to be this person but I had a horrible experience with them over the phone couldn’t imagine even going in. Safe to say I will be going elsewhere. Whoever I spoke to was rude and tried to gaslight me saying we never spoke (regarding a call on my upcoming appt) but my sister was in the room with me when I got the call and spoke with them. I sincerely hope moving forward they do a better job at talking to people. First impressions are everything as someone who’s worked in the customer service field.”
“The counselor who did my intake (Victoria Rodriguez) was lovely. However, I cannot recommend this place due to the psychiatrist Yelena Shvets. She was dismissive and uneducated on certain diagnoses (didn't know what one even was, expressed negative, incorrect, and harmful perceptions of another). Told me I didn't have a certain diagnosis within 15 minutes of meeting me without listening to me at all, wouldn't trust her opinion on anything psychology-related.”
“i am not one to leave reviews, but trust me when i say that people seeking professional help should stay FAR away from this practice. i have been a patient for 5+ years. i have had minor issues in the past, but nothing to the extent to which things have happened in recent months. their team may be board certified, but they are flakey and incompetent. i waited on zoom for an appointment for 20 minutes, to no response. my provider ended up being over 30 minutes late and proceeded to claim that they “cannot promise” when they will show up to the appointment on time (even though that’s part of their job). i had to reschedule for the following week, and this time the provider was an HOUR EARLY. i was called and rudely told that i should be able to attend early, which i wasn’t, given that i made the appointment at an entirely different time than when they called… if you cannot ensure you will be on time to an appointment, then don’t be in this line of work!!! it’s your job to be on time as much as it is mine! aside from that, i had to engage in a game of email tag with them to get paperwork filled out for my college’s housing department. thank god i reached out 2 months in advance, because it took the office 1 and a half MONTHS to finally provide me with the paperwork i needed. i was told that i would receive the forms i needed within a week, but it took numerous emails, phone calls, and complaints to get what i came to them for. with each week came some miraculous new forms i “had to sign” so they could do their job. it wasn’t until the one month mark that they informed me i had to pay $300 for them to fill out and sign a 2 page form… not only should they have started by having me sign all the essential forms, but they shouldn’t have claimed with each passing week that they were “working on it” when they clearly were not. it’s one thing if this team were running a circus, but they’re not. they’re supposed to be able to help with their clients’ mental health. yet, they have done nothing but cause repeated stress and anxiety in my life. CRASMERE, DO BETTER. POTENTIAL CLIENTS, THIS PRACTICE IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME!!!”
