What patients say on Google

“I recently had the pleasure of working with Dr. Jorge Lindenbaum at the Cranberry Psychological Center, located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful professional building in Seven Fields, PA. From the moment I started attending sessions, I was impressed by Dr. Lindenbaum's down-to-earth and kind demeanor. He is an exceptional listener, and his genuine concern for my well-being was evident in every conversation. What struck me most was his empathetic approach, as he shared that he feels better when I feel better - a sentiment that speaks volumes about his dedication to his patients' growth and progress. One of the standout aspects of the Cranberry Psychological Center is their willingness to work with my schedule, ensuring that I could attend sessions at times that suited me best. The office staff is also highly responsive, and I always felt heard when communicating with them. It's clear that they prioritize open dialogue and are committed to finding solutions that cater to each patient's unique needs. I've noticed that some online reviews have rated the office 1 star, with some individuals expressing dissatisfaction. However, based on my experience, I believe that these negative reviews often stem from a lack of communication. The office has a fair policy of billing for missed appointments, which is understandable given that both the doctor and staff rely on a steady schedule to make a living. I'm confident that if these individuals had taken the time to communicate with the office, a mutually beneficial solution could have been found. What sets Dr. Lindenbaum and the Cranberry Psychological Center apart is their non-judgmental and supportive environment. I never felt gaslit or belittled, which is a unfortunate experience I've had at other establishments. Instead, I was met with kindness, empathy, and a deep understanding of my struggles. If you're seeking a psychiatrist who truly cares about your well-being and is willing to work with you to achieve your goals, I highly recommend Dr. Jorge Lindenbaum and the Cranberry Psychological Center.”

“First of all I want to say I read the reviews here and the people who wrote the bad ones clearly have no idea there’s a mental health epidemic in this country. Learn to be patient the health care industry has been hit hard due to Covid and still is. And yes that means mental health too. So be patient. They are doing the best they can. I however think this place is amazing. I’m always excited on my therapy day. My therapist is great. He’s truly empathetic and has helped me make major improvements in my depression. Grace, one of the receptionists is so pleasant to check in with. She’ll always greet you with a warm smile and friendly voice. Her calm demeanor is the perfect start to the great experiences you’ll have here. And yes, sometimes they do cancel on you last minute but 95% of the time it’s due to a patient in crisis mode that needs to be seen immediately. Which could be a life or death situation for some people. So don’t be upset if that happens. It’s actually a sign that they care very much about their patients. And I know what you’re gonna say “But Annie what if I really need my appointment that day too”. Speak up. Tell them that. They will figure it out and see you. They are extremely accommodating. I’ve been to so many different psychological practices and this is the first one that’s actually been helpful to me.”

“Don't leave your card on account for payment or co-pay.... just got charged 11 months after my last appointment (paid my co-pay) without any bill sent, no phone call no email NOTHING. Just $69.19 taken from my account. When I called they said something about insurance didn't cover something. Fine send me a bill, call me, notify me in some way you just don't take money out of someone's account almost a year later without notice.”

“I haven’t been a patient of this office for years because of the disrespectful and unprofessional behavior from both the doctors and the secretarial staff here and even 2+ years later, they are still finding new ways to harass me and attempt to steal from me. I have received an “appointment reminder” once a week for the past month notifying me of appointments they are making in my name that I never requested so that they can continue trying to charge my credit card for “missing” appointments I never made in the first place. If you value your money or being treated with respect, go literally anywhere else.”
