Telehealth is always convenient and efficient, I’m able to message my provider directly and usually do not have to wait more than a day or so to hear back. Courtney listens to my ideas and concerns and has actual constructive conversations which I haven’t found everywhere. LifeStance seems to have it together as far as the administrative side of things, never had an issue.”

“Courtney Brumfield is the WORST psychiatry cpn I've ever encountered. She thinks nothing of patient care.She canceled my son's appointment and then when he was out of medicine, indicated that it was my fault for not having a follow up. She canceled the appointment which is why he was out of medication. Then she discontinued services with my eldest for an appointment he knew nothing about. He's severely depressed and she does not even care to follow up. Then she discontinued services with my youngest and failed to inform me. I took 2 hours out of my work day, my son left summer school early just to be told she discontinued services. My son has OCD and severe intrusive thoughts. so now he is without medication because she could care less about patient care. She is a selfish, terrible provider. She is a joke and would not trust my dog with her. She literally could care less about her patients. I'd actually give a 0 out of 5 but that option isn’t available.”
