“Scheduled appointment, arrived and was told appointment was cancelled without any notification. Received an email 2 days later that referred me to another agency because “they would be better suited to address my needs”, is that supposed to mean their counselors aren’t qualified? Super unprofessional, don’t bother and go somewhere else.”

“We where reffered to the counseling for wellness center by a former employee when my wife and I needed consoling. When calling I talked to a nice women who told us there were a couple of consolers accepting new patients and that once we filled out the pre intake form we would get a call if our insurance was accepted. It took us two days to do the form and send it in, after sending it in I asked for confirmation that is was received and looked forward to a return call. What I got was a harsh toned email (completely different from the tone when I first called) saying that they had a five week wait IF they decided to help us(paraphrasing). None of this was conveyed in my first call to them. It has been nearly 5 months give or take and we have heard nothing. We wanted help. We didn't even get a reaponse.”
