What patients say on Google

“The staff was very nice and polite to me, and Dr Tayyab was very honest with me and I appreciated that. It is clear she is an intelligent woman and I am glad that I found a psychiatrist like her. I don't really understand some of these reviews, I never had any problems involving rudeness or bills or etc. In fact the staff was very helpful and accommodating to me when I needed help because I screwed up or didn't know what something meant.”

“I’ve worked with Sarah Litz on and off for nearly 10 years, and I’m incredibly grateful for the role she’s played in my life. Through EMDR, talk therapy, and self-driven exercises, she’s helped me navigate and understand parts of myself I wouldn’t have been able to on my own. Her approach is thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely caring—never forced, always grounded. What stands out most is how naturally she meets you where you are. The tools and resources she offers don’t feel generic—they feel intentional and tailored, which makes a real difference over time. If you’re considering therapy, I can honestly say working with her has been one of the most meaningful investments I’ve made in myself. She’s someone who is both highly skilled and genuinely invested in your growth—I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you Sarah.”

“I'd give the therapists I've used here (Jacki & Melinda) 10 stars if I could, however the admin staff is awful (putting it nicely). I don't know how these people are allowed to work in a counseling office when they are disgustingly rude, accusatory, and even straight up lying. Don't let them pressure you into keeping a card on file with them, you will get over charged. Pay CLOSE attention to their billing practices, you'll be surprised what you find. I'd love to connect with other people who have had similar negative experiences with this office staff to compare notes lol. Clearly I'm not the only one to have this experience. Feel free to find me on socials :) Kindness & understanding should be the BARE MINIMUM qualification to work in a counseling office.”

“I don’t normally make reviews but I felt like I needed to. My old therapist there Mary Pat was okay. She didn’t provide many coping mechanisms for me that were helpful but talking to her did make me feel better. Honestly I felt not much different being in therapy compared to out of therapy. My issue is with Dr. Tayyab. I had seen her for a few years on and off. Throughout that time, she kept adding on new medications and increasing the doses. Every few months I would feel worse again and again, and we increase the dosage. I’m at the point where I’m taking extremely high doses of a lot of medications that are not helping much. I just saw a new psychiatrist and she was in shock at the doses of medications I am taking. She is very worried for me weaning off of these because it can cause seizures. This was never told to me while she kept increasing the dosage appointment after appointment. It is going to be a long process that will take months to get me off of some of these medications. I have heard this is an issue other people have had as well from other reviews and people I know. I would not recommend seeing her. Update: It’s been another two months off since this review and I’ve weaned off of one of my meds and am on half the dose of the mood stabilizer. I am feeling sooo much better than I did on the high doses of my medications. I’m honestly very upset by the care I got here and the fact that I was put on such high doses of the meds.”
