I feel like I'm a pretty self-aware person, but she had a way of teasing things out during our sessions that led to a handful of epiphanies for me (as cliche as that sounds). I began because I had an overwhelming load of things on my plate all at once, both personally and professionally. I was able to get through a terrible six-month period with all of the tools Ashley gave me, along with just having a very safe space to vent and swear and cry. “Not sure where to begin. They sent me forms in the mail that turned out to have another person's personal info on it. They don't answer their phone and the only way I could get anyone most of the time was via email. Had an issue with a therapist I was seeing there and couldn't reach her supervisor despite repeated requests. You can't make this stuff up. This place is dreadful and I'd strongly caution anyone to think twice about being seen at this clinic.”
