“Had my First (and last) appointment today. It was a Nightmare! First off I waited eight (8) weeks for this appointment - that's ok and to be expected now-a-days. I go into the room after filling in papers on how I am feeling lately - ok, no prob. Was called into the little room with Kristoffer V Guerrero, PMHN. He introduced himself as a Nurse. I looked up PMHN and it is in fact a "Nurse Practitioner". He started to ask me very personal questions that I only wanted to share with the Doctor. I asked when does the Doctor come in. He said, you do not see the doctor and that he (the Nurse) will relay information and he will recommend a plan of attack - to the doctor! I cannot see the doctor after eight weeks of waiting? REALLY!?!?!? I have to allow a NURSE not a Doctor diagnose symptoms and leave a NURSE' personal recommendations to dictate how my BRAIN will function. REALLY!?!?! I took mental tests with my Sociologist (A FULL fledge Doctor) and took the following tests: TOVA: is a computerized, objective, and standardized test commonly used to help assess ADHD, especially issues with attention and impulse control. MCMI: Designed to evaluate personality patterns and clinical disorders, especially in individuals being assessed for mental health issues. MMPI: one of the most widely used psychological tests for assessing personality structure and psychopathology The above are Industry Standard Testing Nation-wide! I was told all of these tests are useless and even though the Nation uses them for assessments, Cornerstone will NOT accept them. Instead I have to do THEIR tests (and pay for them of course), as this is their "Policy" SO, their policy goes AGAINST what the nations sets as a standard for society. REALLY!?!?! I have ADHD. My Life and my tests result as well as my Sociologist dictate that I have it. The most common medication is Adderall. Because I asked for it, (after researching it for eight weeks), the NURSE said no way will he put me on the most common med for ADHD - ever. I asked why and he said I hallucinate and it will make it worse. I said I do not hallucinate. He said but you take Abilify for schizophrenia. I said I do not hallucinate and I take Abilify as a BOOSTER for my depression med. Then he kept sarcastically repeating what he said witch got me annoyed and depressed, as now I know this NURSE cannot help me and he is just making things worse. Kristoffer V Guerrero - The NURSE, started to get annoyed with me for asking questions. I started to get more depressed and annoyed the more he kept "saying the same response over and over again" like he didn't say it before, for multiple things. It was apparent he was unable to answer questions without Belittling me using sarcasm, and basically setting off a depressive trigger for myself. NOT GOOD FOR MENTAL HEALTH! I am in much worse shape now after seeing Cornerstone & Kristoffer V Guerrero - The NURSE! Do NOT Recommend! - Actually, RUN AWAY!!!”
