“I had a telehealth appointment with Jeanne Okuwobi that turned out to be very disappointing. She assured me that she would send a prescription, but when I followed up with the pharmacy, they claimed they hadn't received anything from her or even a call. I contacted her the next day, and she insisted she had sent the script, saying it was "kicked back." That is simply untrue. The pharmacy confirmed they hadn't received anything from her, nor had they spoken with her as she promised. She claimed she would reach out to them again and resend the prescription, but she never did. To make matters worse, she has now blocked my phone number. I cannot recommend this doctor; her actions demonstrate a lack of trustworthiness and professionalism.”
