“My daughter had a 4:30 appointment with family planning and a 5:00 with general medicine. She got brought back on time then was still sitting in the room at 5:20 and hadn't been seen by anyone or explained to why she was still waiting. Nobody was in the halls or at the reception desk. Therapy services are great but the medical side is a fail.”

“Kathy is the best! I'm always direct and honest with her about anything I've been up to lol and she never makes me feel judged or ashamed. I look forward to seeing her if I ever need their services. There's another lady who works there, I unfortunately don't remember her name, but I don't like her. She definitely made me feel uneasy and like I couldn't trust being honest with her because she was very judgy. I would highly recommend seeing Kathy instead.”

“Horrible scheduling. My daughter had a therapy appointment and waited in the waiting room with her dad for over an hour before just leaving because nobody showed up. The last appointment she was to be seen by medical and have therapy and the whole building was locked before her appointment time. They later admitted to her they scheduled her wrong and marked her as a no show but never called us to apologize or reschedule or anything.”
