“My experience with both Dr Cole and Kristin has been extremely favorable . Dr Cole is attentive, knowledgable , professional. I did not feel rushed but indeed had the feeling they really care about each patient. Kristin is an excellent counselor! Friendly, patient and exceptional in getting to the kernel of a problem at each session, this trait is very unusual and very helpful. My only negative comment is on the phone system which seems set up to be a barrier between patient and caregiver!”

Those three idiots should have their license revoked, sued and taken to court! She was giving Phillis, another patient, better gifts to! She gave her a new couch! Two faced! She was not supposed to be talking behind my back! I would lie to her to see if it would get back to Marsha or Ashley and Ashley would tell me everything but she’s two faced too! Not only that, she promised me money for information! Where’s my money? I learned that you can contact Lakeland and file complaints! I want my money owed to me for lying for you know who! I did what you told me and now I’m broke and she is not my friend anymore! Hell I’m scared for my life even more now than ever! You, Marsha and Ashley used me!”

They are very compassionate, non judgmental, and truly take the time to listen to your concerns. They want you to succeed in every area of your life include your mental health.
