“My daughter‘s been going here for a while now she has a really nice therapist. My daughter’s just hard cause she doesn’t like to talk about things that she should talk about in therapy but has come a long ways. I just started my therapy here with a really nice therapist So I’m excited to see how this works out. It’s the first time I’ve ever been to a therapist.”

“As others have stated, Office staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. They have an inflated sense of self importance. One would think that in a field dealing with mental health of all things, that having a staff with decency and respect would be a high priority. It seems a majority of ratings affecting the overall rating of this company mention something to this effect and it's truly surprising that management is just letting this slide as if it's perfectly OK. A company with a rating so low should be actively addressing these issues rather than turning a blind eye. They must either have low standards for their company or be extremely desperate to not only hire people of this caliber, but to allow this behavior to continue despite at least a year of others having the same grievances.”

“Overcharged us and when my insurance caught it the secretary was very rude to my wife and the insurance agent when they called them. Pay attention to your deductible they will make u pay full rate even after it's made.”

“This is hard for me to give a low grade on this. I love my therapist and have always enjoyed my children’s as well. But the office staff are rude, the girls who work in the office are stuck up and very rude. The one who works for the med side is very rude she has blonde hair and got snappy with my younger daughter during a check in. I truly have thought of leaving but our therapist is one of the best. We have had 3 therapist leave during our time here. The issue that were caused due to an office spat had made me see this office as a whole, as Lousy, Childish and inconsiderate. If out therapist would move I would gladly leave. Core has some unprofessional office workers.”
