What patients say on Google
“This clinic was identified as an in-network provider near my daughter seeking medication management for ADHD. Her initial experiences were that it was extremely challenging to get an appointment for the services she needed. She said she was treated like a drug abuser when she is not that at all - she merely aged out of the pediatric clinic for this treatment and needs an adult provider. Follow up on billing issues, refills (or prescription changes due to shortages at pharmacies) were not handled timely. Repeat calls and messages were left, only for the patient to go untreated for several weeks. Given the ADHD issues and this clinic forcing strong patient self-advocacy and follow-up, this is not a good fit. The result is that my daughter is struggling and digging herself in a hole, partly due to this clinic not providing the attention and follow-up needed, and the other part is on the patient for not taking action and going elsewhere. Please consider seeking treatment elsewhere if you really want to improve.”
“I want to preface this by saying I have never written a bad review and am even hesitant to do it now. But my experience at this place was awful and I hope someone reads this before going there or contacting them for a service. The people at the front desk, Justin and Katrina did nothing wrong and were very helpful. I had called for Sprovato treatment as it was recommended to me by my psychiatrist. I had 3 hour long conversations with the doctors who were also very sweet and helpful and told me I was good to go. I came in twice to fill out loads of paperwork. Asked if there was anything I needed to do on my end and they said nope! You just have to schedule with Char. I had a convo with her very briefly and she told me what the set up would be like and was nice, but didn’t schedule me… I was told my insurance already approved and to not worry. Then said all I had to do was my enrollment form. I called at the end of November and called about 2-3 times a week trying to schedule with Char. Left multiple messages as it’s now March and I was getting a bit impatient. Char finally called me back this past week. Telling me my insurance was denied! Which is ok. But she said she received 3 calls and 2 messages from me and that is just not true. I called so much I probably drove the front desk crazy and they were very sweet towards me saying they didn’t know why I wasn’t getting a call back. So I started to ask to speak to the Drs. And was denied. So they said we will have the supervisor call. Which also never happened. I lost my cool a bit on the phone with Char and I feel badly about it. She told me she submitted my insurance THREE days ago. I signed up in November 2023, it is now March 2024 I asked why I was told my insurance went through and explained this wasted a lot of time for me and she just acted like I had done something wrong. At the end of the phone call she had to nerve to tell me I could do the ketamine treatment but I would have to pay out of pocket…. It felt very rude and she said “I know you’re in a really rough spot” which felt really inappropriate as I have no idea who she is. Why would I pay out of pocket when I was treated like I didn’t exist for months! Want to reiterate that the front desk was wonderful and very patient with me and I appreciate that. I’ve never been blown off by a therapist like this and felt the need to warn others about it. Seeing the other reviews, I see this is a pattern with the whole company.”
“They have neglected and abandoned my daughter in the absolute worst way. Sharon Cooper would not show up for scheduled appointments regularly. They would let us drive an hour to tell us once we were there that Sharon would not be in. These were treatment appointments that my daughter counted on to have in a specific order to work. They do not care one single bit about patient care, only how much money they can get out of you. I plan to call the medical ethics commission on this organization and every other place that I can to try and save as many future victims from this place as possible. To top it all off they said if I would like to pick her treatment records up I could for $20 per page. Her own employees even disagree with everything that happens there, but are just victims themselves.”
“Say what you want but, alot of one sided reviews in here. Yes it's a suboxone/ drug treatment facility. You get out of it what effort you put in it. With that said, I can say this medicine has saved my life 100%. And their staff have played a key role in assisting me. They deal with alot of disrespectful patients and still show up to help. So yeah they might have a bad day sometimes but we're all human. Thank you staff and doctors @ the health experiences!! Sincerely, - a former heroine addict who is thankful and blessed to have a 2nd chance on life.”
