What patients say on Google

“Dr. Patel was very nice. However, she is now gone and it's been a hassle... I have a new doctor, Dr. Brunk. I have my yearly appointment coming up that is free, however they made me pay to visit him for like 15 minutes "just to meet" and then scheduled me to come in for my yearly appointment two weeks later. They also scheduled me for two different lab appointments and when I came to the second one, the lab tech was very late and when she finally came in, Dr. Brunk asked me why I was there because they already got all the labs I needed. Asked me why I scheduled two and who scheduled me for a second. I missed over an hour of work and went longer than needed without eating because no one told me there was no need for a second lab day and then it was put back on me like I wanted to do this twice. He lied and said I denied doing a urinalysis the first time I did labs when no one even mentioned a urinalysis the first time. There was no apologies for making me waste my time and miss work. He asked me what labs I wanted to get done about a thyroid concern I have but I'm not the doctor. I have no idea what the options are. Stated "well there's one but it's only useful if you have hyper thyroidism" but I have no idea if I do? I'm not the doctor! Overall... very disappointed with how today went. A total waste of time and it felt like he cared not a bit about that.”

“This was a very good medical clinic. The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful and very friendly to us. The nurse was just as friendly and very professional and fast. The Dr was very concerned and friendly and very speedily listened to each of our concerns and immediately set up the proper treatment or referral. They went out of their way to get my medicine to the pharmacy with the lower cost. Definitely a first rate and professional staff with the friendly atmosphere of Crossville,Tennessee.”

“I’ve never had a doctor’s office spend as much time with me as this one. We went through all of my conditions in detail, and the doctor gave me the opportunity to explain how they truly affect my day-to-day life. Some of my conditions are not well understood in some medical settings, yet he was incredibly knowledgeable and never made me feel like I had to justify what I experience. One thing that really stood out was his humility. He didn’t come across as someone with a huge ego, which can unfortunately be difficult to find in healthcare. Instead, he seemed genuinely invested in finding the best path forward, wasn’t afraid to look deeper into complex issues, and offered thoughtful and intelligent guidance every step of the way which he also included my own input as well. It’s incredibly rare to find a doctor who truly values your own input about your health, and I appreciated that more than I can express. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a medical professional, and I’m truly grateful to have found this practice.”
