“Had my first appointment in the evening. Show up to a deserted parking lot and locked door. I call them and was told they would have someone come open the door. No one comes. It’s cold, raining and I’m alone in an empty office complex. 15 minutes later I get a call that the therapist thought it was a televisit and I can call from my car if I want. Gee - thanks for your kindness and professionalism. I wonder if they will still charge for the visit.”

“Stacey was amazing until she started canceling my appointments repeatedly right before the session. While I can forgive the occasional reschedule, this was MULTIPLE appointments back to back. The final straw for me was when she attempted to cancel about an hour before my last appointment, then decided to show up late and tell me she couldn’t speak and put on a meditation video for me and ended the session 20+ minutes early. And they just charged my credit card for an appointment I had to cancel 23.5 hours in advance because I was violently ill from back in April. Insane cancellation fees considering that they can charge you for not providing services and cancel last second.”
