What patients say on Google

“I'm leaving specific names off of here. But I only had two sessions. The third one was rescheduled the day of my appointment (today) without my knowledge of any cancelation or consent of the day/time of the new one. I asked why I wasn't notified or asked for the time/date of the new appointment and was told that it's sent out on the patient portal and no other email/phone call are sent out to patients. So they expect you to check that rather than an email or a text. Even when you inform the provider that you are not interested in any type of medication due to history of side effects, they will acknowledge your opinion, followed by asking 5 different times (remember I only had 2 appointments) if you're willing to talk to the medication provider until I agreed to talk to one. Seems like another PPP(Pill Pushing Provider) in my opinion. The VA has been notified about the situation but if you're a veteran, look elsewhere, don't stress yourself out trying to get help here.”

“Prevented me from taking my own life. I would not be here without this place. Wonderful people, a great environment, and even free coffee.”
Random Fuzzy Idiot
“I've been seeing my therapist, Katherine, for nearly 2 years and she's been wonderful! James has been awesome too!”
Shea
“Awful appt cancelled by them no apology nothing rude if client did that client would owe money. They are padding their pockets that is all”
