“This place is THE WORST. They took the full money for my medication management appointment, but then the psychiatrist and her Conscientia Health team was so incompetent that they couldn’t get the prescription sent properly to the pharmacy in a whole month. They refused to talk with the pharmacy to sort the issue out, constantly lied to me that they are working on solving my issue when they weren’t, and my mental health significantly deteriorated because of their incompetence and unprofessional behavior going back and forth over the phone with them. In the end, I couldn’t get my medication even after paying the full price of the appointment and now they refuse to give me a refund or send a prescription to a pharmacy. I was seeing Dr. Tammy Lobach and despite several attempts at contacting her, she never responded back even though my medication is stuck because of her. Just another doctor who sees patients as money cows without actually caring about them. Avoid Tammy Lobach and Conscientia Health at all costs, they’re lazy, lying and greedy thieves.”
